磷矿浆长距离管道输送方案的比较和确定

摘    要:在化工行业中,采用管道长距离输送磷矿浆,国内还少有设计。不同固含量的磷矿浆其流动特性比较复杂,能否正确设计是影响整个输送系统成败的关键。通过仔细地分析比较和反复计算,认为某工程项目约15km长的磷矿浆管道输送方案是可行的;同时也指出,在今后的设计中采用实验数据十分必要。

Abstract:In the chemical industry, long distance pipeline conveying for phosphate rock slurry is seldom designed and seen in China Since the fluidity of the different solid content slurry is somehow complicated, the correct design is pivotal to determine whether the long distance pipeline conveying system is successful Based on carefully analysis, comparison and many times calculation, the author believes that the design concept of 15 km long pipeline conveying phosphate rock slurry of one certain engineering project is feasible, and points that the experiment data is necessary for successful design in the future
