蜂窝密封及其应用的研究

摘    要:实验研究了蜂窝密封的泄漏特性,发现蜂窝深度对漏气量的影响并不呈线性的规律。蜂窝深度接近蜂窝宽度时,对应较小的漏气量。将蜂窝密封应用在汽轮机的轴端汽封和级间汽封,为多家电厂的3~650MW汽轮机设计、安装了蜂窝汽封。使用蜂窝汽封后显著减少了漏气,提高了真空度,解决了润滑油含水问题。

Abstract:It was revealed that the effect of depth of a honeycomb seal cell on the leakage flow did not exhibit a linear relationship. When the depth nears the cell size, the leakage becomes small. It was the first time that honeycomb seals were used as shaft end seals and stage seals in steam turbine. Honeycomb seals were designed and mounded as shaft end seals, stage seals and blade tip seals in the steam turbine of 3MW-650MW for a number of power plants. By utilizing honeycomb seals, the steam leakage is reduced evidently and vacuum degree is raised. At the same time, the moisture con- tent problem of lubrication oil is solved and the efficiency and stability of steam turbines are improved.
