摘    要:虽然CECS 102:2002《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》为轻型门式刚架的发展提供了基础,但该规程仅适用于中小吨位的中轻级工作制吊车厂房.基于某大型单层钢结构厂房含50 t中级工作制(A5)软钩吊车的设计,在综合考虑安全性和经济性的情况下,提出两种设计方案,并根据GB 50017-2003《钢结构设计规范》、CECS102∶2002,详细论证方案二设计方法的合理性,为类似的设计提供借鉴.

Abstract:Although Technical Specification for Steel Structure of the Light Weight Buildings with Gabled Frames (CECS 102 : 2002) provides the foundation for the development of the light portal frame, yet the regulation just applies to the portal frames which have light or medium cranes. Based on a big monolayer steel frame factory having a 50 t intermediate working (A5) soft hook crane, and taking account of the overall safety and economy, it was proposed two design schemes;and it was also demonstrated in detail the rationality of the design methods in scheme 2 through Code for Design of Steel Structures(GB 50017--2003) and CECS 102:2002, which provided experience for design of similar projects.
