销轴连接转动性能的有限元分析

摘    要:销轴连接是一种常见的铰接连接形式,其转动性能直接影响到结构的传力形式及设计计算的准确性.通过建立二维ABAQUS模型,定义名义弯矩值,定量分析转动角度、摩擦系数、荷载水平和耳板孔与销轴间间隙等对典型的销轴连接转动性能的影响.有限元分析表明:荷载水平较低时,转动引起的名义弯矩值不随转动角度增大而变化.当荷载水平较高时,名义弯矩随转动角度增大而变大;摩擦系数较小时,名义弯矩值随着荷载水平增大而变大.随着摩擦系数增大,名义弯矩值随着荷载水平增大先变大后减小,且其峰值随摩擦系数增大而变大,所对应的荷载水平减小;随着耳板孔与销轴之间的间隙增大,名义弯矩峰值先变小后变大.合理选取间隙,可以改善销轴连接的转动性能.

Abstract:Pinned connection is a common articulated connection, and its rotational behavior affects the form of load transmission and the accuracy of calculation in the design. A 2D pinned connection model was created by the software ABAQUS and a parameter called nominal moment was defined to analyze the rotational behavior of the connection quantitatively. The influence of rotation angle, friction coefficient, stress level and clearance between lug hole and pin on the typical pinned connection rotational behavior was analyzed. The FEM analysis indicated that the nominal moment kept constant with the increment of angle when the stress level was relatively low and increased with angle when the stress level became high. The nominal moment increased with stress level when the friction coefficient was small. When the friction coefficient became large, the nominal moment increased with the increment of stress level first and then decreased. The peak value of nominal moment increased with the friction coefficient, though the corresponding stress level value decreased. Nominal moment decreased first and then increased with the clearance and a minimum value was achieved in the process. Rotational behavior can be improved by selecting an appropriate clearance.
