省煤器及脱硝系统的除灰改造设计

摘    要:由于电厂省煤器飞灰输送系统在实际运行中的弊端,有些电厂要求锅炉厂不设置省煤器灰斗,不单设省煤器飞灰输送系统。但在实际运行中,却带来了一系列问题,影响了机组的安全运行。大多数电厂都加设脱硝系统,将省煤器和脱硝系统的飞灰一并考虑,对不同的输灰方式进行了比较,提出了一种新型的气力出灰方式,该方式经设计调试已在电厂成功应用。
