A clinical study of a case of phobia.

Abstract:Describes a 41-yr-old unmarried woman with a plethora of phobia-like symptoms and panic attacks. Symptoms include sensations of unreality, wildness, confusion, visualizations of convulsion, fear of insanity, fear of death, and fear of railway trains.
