摘    要:介绍了一种微型无线高灵敏度CCD成像系统.该系统由基于Exview HAD CCD的微型成像系统及微型无线视频发射器组成,具有体积小、重量轻、灵敏度高等特点。文中重点介绍了微型高灵敏度成像及无线视频传输的工作原理、基本构成及电路设计。同时,分析了在目前技术条件下实现CCD成像及无线视频传输微型化的主要途径。最后,对微型高灵敏度CCD成像系统与普通CCD进行了对比测试,并对测试结果进行了分析.

Abstract:In this paper,a micro wireless CCD imaging system with high sensitivity was introduced.The system was composed of micro image system based on EXview HAD CCD and micro wireless video transmitter.It had the characters of little size,lightweight and high sensitivity etc.The theory and circuit design of micro wireless CCD imaging system was discussed in detail.Meanwhile,the method to achieve the micromation of the system was also analyzed.Finally,the comparison of sensitivity between the micro wireless CCD imaging system and a normal CCD camera was carried out by an experiment.The result indicates that the sensitivity of wireless CCD image system whose weight is 5.1 g is higher than normal CCD camera.
