双掺合料高性能混凝土在公路路面应用研究

摘    要:在前期试验研究工作基础上,选择一试验段公路路面应用粉煤灰、珍珠岩粉双掺合料等量替代24%水泥、掺适量高效减水剂以配制高抗折强度和高耐久性的混凝土。经工地试件和取芯样检测力学强度、电通量和氯离子扩散系数等指标表明:该路面混凝土满足重交通等级道路(设计抗弯拉强度≥5.0)的技术要求,混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能较好或非常好,可满足在中、强或弱氯盐环境下钢筋混凝土结构设计使用100年。

Abstract:Based on former experimental achievement,the construction and application of high performance concrete(HPC)in pavement of highway were expounded.The HPC was mixed with double admixtures replacing 24% cement in equal mass,including 12% fly ash and 12% per-lite powder.It indicated that,by inspected result of HPC samples from situ and drilling on pavement,flexural strength of these concrete are larger than 5 MPa and enough to the technical specification of heavy traffic grade,and the HPC also features better p...
