| 摘 要： | 简介塑料挤出工艺中的几个关键要素，包括挤出机的螺杆设计、工艺操作的稳定性、加热温度、螺杆末端的压力、模头内塑料熔体停留时间的控制，各种工艺参数的监测，以及对操作员工的培训等。掌握了这些要素，可以尽量节约生产成本，提高产品质量，充分地发挥塑料挤出设备的性能。

| Abstract: | Several key elements in the extrusion technology of plastics which including the control of screw design of extruder, operation stability, heating temperature, terminal pressure of screw, plastics melt detention period in the die, the detection of the technology parameter, and training for operator are presented. The production cost can be decreased, the product quality can be improved, and the extrusion fixture property can be exerted well when these elements are masted. |
