N-甲基氧化吗啉合成工艺的研究

摘    要:通过一步反应,以过氧化氢氧化N-甲基吗啉得到N-甲基氧化吗啉,考察了原料用量、时间和温度等因素对实验结果的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:反应时间8.0 h,反应温度65~75℃,n(N-甲基吗啉)∶n(过氧化氢)=1.4,得到的N-甲基氧化吗啉结构正确,其收率大于93%,产品质量分数大于97%。

Abstract:N-Methylmorpholine-N-oxide was obtained by the oxidation of N-methylmorpholine by using hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant. Factors such as reaction temperature, reaction time and amount of raw materials were studied to investigate the influence on the experimental results. The optimal process conditions were obtained as follows, the reaction time was 8.0 h, the reaction temperature was between 65 % and 75 %, and the molar ratio of N-methylmorpholine and hydrogen peroxide was 1.4. The structure of the product was identified by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method and it agreed with that of N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide, the product yield was higher than 93% while the purity was greater than 97%.
