南钢富余焦炉煤气提纯制氢-电力多联产综合利用

摘    要:为了提高南钢富余焦炉煤气利用的热效率和经济性,提出了富余煤气综合利用的合理可行的氢气-电力多联产系统方案。项目的实施,不仅能产出低成本高附加值的产品氢气,而且,焦炉煤气提纯氢气后,其热值却由17822kJ/m^3上升至29093kJ/m^3,煤气热值上升63.2%,用于火力发电,将大大减少烟气中水蒸汽含量与烟气热损失,缓解锅炉尾部烟道因蒸汽分压过高而引起的结露问题,提高锅炉热效率。钢铁企业富余焦炉煤气提纯制氢气-电力多联产综合利用,对提高企业的经济效益,缓解我国能源紧张,促进环境改善和实现能源的持续性发展有重要意义。

Abstract:This paper proposed a reasonable and feasible hydrogen-power poly-generation project for the utilization of surplus coke oven gas in Nanjing Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.to improve the thermal efficiency and economy.The implementation of the project is able to produce low cost and high value-added hydrogen and the heat value of coke oven gas after hygrogen extraction is increased from 17 822 kJ/m3 to 29 093 kJ/m3(63.2 %).The use of treated coke oven gas in boiler combustion can solve the problem of vapour condensa...
