| Abstract: | Based on the definition of IE and QE and analysis of their position in the special field of study, of their implications as well as of their research field, this paper calls for the necessity of offering courses of Industry Engineering and Quality Engineering in higher institutions and dwells on the importance of the cultivation of qualified personnel of IE and QE. |
