摘    要:研究了H3PW12O40/C体系对丙烯酸和三甘醇的催化酯化反应,通过对活化温度、共沸剂、催化剂的用量及酸醇摩尔比等因素的优化,酯化率可达91.7%,产品纯度大于98%,并且催化剂可以重复使用多次。

Synthesis of triethylene glycol diacrylate catalyzed by H3PW12O40/C
Abstract:The catalytic activity of H 3PW 12 O 40 /C in the esterification of acrylic acid with triethylene glycol was systematically studied.It was found that the catalyst activity of H 3PW 12 O 40 /C was superior to H 2SO 4.Some reaction conditions,such as activation temperature,azcotropic agent, amounts of H 3PW 12 O 40 /C and ratio of reactants et al.have been discussed.Using this new method,conversion rate of acrylic acid was 91.7%,the purity of product was over 98%.This catalyst could be used repeatedly for many times.
