摘    要:以某铜矿为研究背景,通过室内剪切试验、点荷载试验获取岩体物理力学基本参数,用FLAC~(3D)有限元软件对锚杆锚固作用机制进行数值模拟,探究锚固体与锚杆周围应力分布规律,以及锚杆在不同条件下锚固体应力分布情况。数值模拟结果表明:得出了锚杆锚固力、剪应力沿内锚固长度的分布规律,为合理设计锚固长度提供一定的理论依据。通过对锚杆—注浆体—围岩体之间界面的数值模拟获得界面上的应力分布规律及其最大承载力。研究结果不仅有助于了解加锚岩体的力学性能,也可以为设计可靠有效的岩体锚固方案提供有利的试验数据和理论基础。

Abstract:In this paper, a copper mine is used as the research background. The basic parameters of rock physics are obtained by field investigation and sampling, and the rock samples are processed into shear tests and point load experiments. The numerical simulation of the anchoring effect of the bolt by the finite element software flac3d simulates the stress distribution law of the anchor along the anchor and the distribution of the anchor stress under different conditions of the anchor. The distribution law of anchoring force and shear stress along the anchorage length is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for rational design of anchorage length. In this paper, the stress distribution law and the maximum bearing capacity of the interface are obtained by numerical simulation of the interface between the anchor-grouting body and the surrounding rock mass. The research results in this paper not only help to understand the mechanical properties of the anchored rock mass, but also provide a strong experimental data and theoretical basis for the design of a reliable and effective rock mass anchoring scheme.
