甘肃某多金属硫化矿浮选新药剂研究

摘    要:摘S要SS为解决甘肃某多金属硫化矿矿石性质变化后精矿产品互含高、硫精矿和尾矿中金属损失等问题,进行了脱硫作业和铜与铅锌分离作业辅助抑制剂T11和TC的试验研究,闭路试验获得了铜精矿铜品位22.78%,含铅+锌14.30%,铜回收率80.60%;铅锌精矿铅+锌品位39.23%,铅+锌回收率175.16%。与现场药剂制度相比,铜回收率及铅+锌回收率基本相当,铜精矿和铅锌混合精矿产率均减小,铜精矿铜品位提高1.01%,铅+锌含量降低2.04%;铅锌精矿铅+锌品位提高2.16%。

Abstract:High content in each other of concentrate and metals loss to Multi-metal sulfide ore in Gansu due to ore property changing.In order to solve this problem,new modifier T11and TC on flotation experiments were carried out.The selection index can be obtained by the closed circuit test:a Cu concentrate contenting Cu 22.78% with recovery is 80.60% ,contenting Pb+Zn 14.30%; Pb-Zn concentrate contenting Pb+Zn 39.23% with recovery is 175.16%.Under proper Cu recovery and Pb+Zn recovery,Cu concentrate grade increased by 1.01% and the content of Pb+Zn reduced by 2.04%, Pb-Zn concentrate grade increased by 1.01%,compared with the on-site production.
