P波段高功率小型化收发模块

摘    要:收发模块作为有源相控阵雷达的核心部件,其性能直接影响雷达的威力. 受天线孔径、载重、供电的限制,提高单通道的发射输出功率、功率密度和效率是提高雷达威力的一个重要途径。介绍了一款基于氮化镓功率管的P 波段大功率收发模块,从GaN 功放模块设计、大功率合成、集成设计与热设计等几个关键技术方面阐述了低频段收发模块实现高功率、小型化、高效率的技术途径和方法,并给出了测试结果。

Abstract:Transceiver module is the core component of active phased array radar, its performance directly affects the power of radar. Limited by antenna aperture, load and power supply, one way to improve the power of radar is to increase the output power, power density and efficiency of a single channel. This paper introduces a P-band high-power transceiver module based on GaN. From the aspects of key technologies such as high-power and high-efficiency GaN power amplifier module design, high-power combination technology, integration design and thermal design, the paper describes the technical approach and methods for high-power, high-efficiency and miniaturization by low-band transceiver module, and it finally gives out the test results.
