摘    要:某金矿原矿铁硫含量高、氧化率小于10%,属于难处理原生矿。通过直接浸出试验、微生物搅拌预氧化试验、清水启动探索试验、微生物柱浸条件试验等,研究了该原生金矿采用微生物预氧化工艺及清水启动的适用性和可能性,确定了适宜的堆浸粒度和温度。结果表明,在原料粒度为P_(80)=5.5mm、室温条件下,浸出渣Au品位可降至0.47g/t,Au浸出率为62.70%,相比同矿样直接浸出,浸出率可提高约35个百分点。

Abstract:The applicability and possibility of microbial pre-oxidation and clear water start-up are researched to determine appropriate heap leaching particle size and temperature through direct leaching test, microbial pre-oxidation test, clear water start-up exploratory experiment and column bioleaching conditional test of a certain refractory primary gold ore. The results show that under the conditions of P80=4.5mm and room temperature, the Au grade of leaching residue can be reduced to 0.47g/t, and the Au leaching rate is 62.70%. Compared with the leaching rate of direct leaching, the leaching rate of this method increases by about 35%.
