摘    要:以三氧化二钒、石墨、铁粉为原料,在推板窑中生产氮化钒铁铁合金。采用XRD、FESEM、EDS和ICP对合金产品的物相组成,形貌和元素成分进行测试分析。结果分析表明,在保持三氧化二钒和铁粉含量不变的情况下,随着碳粉给量的波动,对高钒合金中V、N含量影响不大,对Fe有一定的影响,而对低钒合金中N含量几乎没影响,反而对V、Fe含量影响很大;在反应过程中铁粉可以做为催化剂及粘结剂使用。

Abstract:The vanadium trioxide, graphite and iron powder as raw materials, the FeVxN alloy was prepared in the pusher kiln. The phase, morphology and elements of the alloy products were analyzed by XRD, FESEM, EDS and ICP, respectively. When vanadium trioxide and iron powder addition amount is constant, and the amount of graphite addition fluctuates, the results show that the V and N content varies slightly, and Fe content minor changes in high vanadium alloy products. And that the N content little changes, the V and Fe content make a big difference. In addition, iron powder is used as catalyst and binder in the reaction process.
