摘    要:直流功率紧急支援能够有效改善多直流馈入电网在大功率缺额故障扰动后的系统频率稳定性。文中分析了直流功率紧急支援的原理,提出了一种综合考虑直流过负荷能力、直流运行工况和交流输电能力的单回直流实时可提升功率的估算方法。基于交流电网的安全稳定约束,提出了区域电网最大可支援能力的计算方法和“同送出同馈入”的多回直流实际支援量的协调优化算法。在此基础上,提出了改善系统频率稳定性的多直流功率紧急支援的协调控制方案,并在华东多直流馈入电网中进行了仿真验证。

Abstract:Emergency DC power support can effectively improve the frequency stability of multi-infeed DC power grids after the disturbance of high-power shortage fault. This paper analyzes the principle of emergency DC power support. Considering the DC overload capacity, DC operation conditions and AC transmission capacity, a method is proposed to estimate the real-time boosting power of single DC line. Based on the safety and stability constraints of DC power transmission network, this paper proposes a calculation method of calculation the maximum supportability of the regional power grid and the coordination and optimization algorithm of the actual support amount of DC lines with the same sending-ends and same receiving-ends. On this basis, the frequency coordinated control scheme of multi-DC power emergency support is proposed and simulated in the East China multi-infeed power grid.
