摘    要:针对可重复使用运载器设计过程中,气动布局、制导控制系统相互耦合的问题,引入气动控制一体化设计方法。分析该飞行器再入过程的高度-速度飞行剖面,基于反馈线性化方法设计再入跟踪制导律。按照快慢变量分离的原则,设计反馈线性化控制器。以此为基础,对飞行性能进行评估,找出布局存在的不足,给出改进建议,并进行仿真验证。整个设计过程表明,基于反馈线性化的气动控制一体化设计方法能够有效兼顾气动与制导控制约束,实现飞行器性能最优。

Aero-Control Integrated Design for Reusable Launch Vehicle Based on Feedback Linearization
Abstract:To solve the problem that the aerodynamic layout and the guidance control system are coupled to each other in the process of reusable launch vehicle (RLV) design,an aero-control integrated design method is introduced.The height-velocity flight profile of the aircraft reentry process is analyzed,and the reentry tracking guidance law is designed based on the feedback linearization method.According to the principle of speed variable separation,the feedback linear controller is designed.On this basis,the flight performance was evaluated,existing problems of the aerodynamic layout were found out,the improvement suggestions were given,and the simulation verifiation was carried out.The whole design process shows that this design scheme can effectively balance the aerodynamic layout and guidance control system,performance of RLV can be optimized.
