温度对漏磁信号影响的研究

摘    要:针对传统的漏磁检测方法,分析了温度对漏磁信号的影响,对不同温度下试件的漏磁信号特点进行了研究。建立了铁磁材料磁导率随温度变化的对应关系,进行了热磁耦合仿真和试验,仿真结果和试验结果具有较高的一致性,表明随着铁磁材料温度的升高,磁导率下降,漏磁场的磁场强度增强,分布范围扩大。

Study on Influence of Temperature on Magnetic Flux Leakage Signal
Abstract:Aiming at the traditional method of magnetic flux leakage testing,the influence of temperature on the magnetic flux leakage signal was analyzed,and the characteristics of the magnetic flux leakage signal of specimens at different temperatures were studied.The relationship between the permeability of ferromagnetic materials and the change of temperature was established.Thermal and magnetic coupling simulation and experiment were carried out.The simulation results are in good consistent with the experimental results.It shows that the magnetic permeability decreases and the magnetic field intensity of the leakage magnetic field increases and the distribution range expands with the increase of the temperature of the ferromagnetic material.
