植物单宁材料吸附贵金属的研究进展

摘    要:生物吸附材料植物单宁因其来源丰富、成本低、富含酚羟基、容易改性,对金属离子尤其是贵金属的吸附已成为近年来国内外相关研究的热点。从植物单宁的结构、吸附剂制备方法、吸附影响因素、吸附机理和应用等系统地介绍了国内外植物单宁材料吸附贵金属研究工作的进展。提出植物单宁吸附材料用于电子废物中稀贵金属的绿色循环回收,将为单宁吸附材料的产业化奠定良好基础;发展多用途的植物单宁相关产品,是今后植物单宁吸附材料的研发趋势。

Abstract:Due to its abundant resource, low-cost, richness in phenol and easy modification, the adsorption of metal ions, especially precious metals, by bioadsorbent plant tannin has become a hot topic in recent years. Recent progress of plant tannin adsorption of precious metals at home and abroad, including tannin structure, preparation method of adsorbents, influencing factors and adsorption mechanisms were reviewed in this paper. Finally, it will be highlighted that tannin-based adsorption materials for precious metals recovery from e-wastes will lay a good foundation for the commercialization of tannin materials, and the development of multi-purpose plant tannin products is the research trend of plant tannin adsorption materials in the future.
