基于RS485的消防设备电源监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前的消防设备电源监控系统采用的两总线通信不稳定、通信速率低、不能实时监测消防设备电源的工作状态等问题,设计了一种基于RS485通信的电源监控系统。系统由消防设备电源状态监控器和传感器组成,给出硬件和软件设计思路以及通信协议,通过测试可以实现实时监测消防设备电源的状态,当消防设备电源发生欠压、过压、过流、缺相、错相、中断等故障时能发出报警信号,并在液晶上显示报警状态和报警值。运行结果表明,本监控系统运行稳定,采样精度高,能够在100 s内上报故障信息,满足国家标准要求。

Design and Realization of Power Supply Monitoring System for Fire Protection Equipments Based on RS485
Abstract:In order to solve the problems of unstable communication,low communication rate and unable to monitor the working status in real time,a power monitoring system based on RS485 communication was designed.The system consists of fire equipment power status monitors and sensors.Hardware and software design ideas and communication protocols ware described.When the fire equipment power supply undervoltage,overvoltage,overcurrent,phase loss,phase error,interruption and other faults,an alarm signal can be sent out,and alarm status and alarm value are displayed on LED.The operation results show that the monitoring system runs stably and has high sampling precision.It can report fault information within 100 s,in line with the national standards.
