摘 要: | 应用气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用仪(GC-MS/MS)测定含油调料品中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂含量。采用液液萃取的方法对目标化物进行净化提取,氮吹全干后用正己烷复溶,在MRM模式下进行质谱测定。23种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的浓度在25 μg/L~500 μg/L范围内与其峰面积呈线性相关,其中邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)与邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.038 mg/kg,其他21种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的检出限(S/N=3)为0.008 mg/kg。以含油调料品为基质进行加标回收实验,所得回收率在80.6 %~120 %之间。

Determination of Residual Amounts of 23 phthalic acid esters in condiment with oilby gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry |

Abstract: | The residual amounts of 23 phthalic acid esters in condiment with oil was determined by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS). The target was purified and extracted by liquid-liquid extraction, After the nitrogen was blown completely, the solution was dissolved by n-hexane, then the target was determined by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)in MRM mode. The concentration of phthalic acid esters was linearly related to their peak area in the range of 25 g/L ~500 g/L. The detecting limit (S/N=3) of Diisononyl ortho-phthalate(DINP)and Diisodecyl ortho-phthalate(DIDP)was 0.04 mg/kg, The other 21 phthalic acid esters, the detecting limit (S/N=3) was 0.01 mg/kg. On the base of condiment with oil, test for recovery was made by stander addition method, The recovery is between 80.6 %~120 %. |
