基于湿度控制的室内空气净化器高压电源设计

摘    要:分析了环境湿度大小对高压电使用的影响,设计了一种基于湿度控制的静电式空气净化器高压电源,采用微功率非隔离方式实现AC-DC转换,经过自激推挽式DC-AC升压电路和倍压整流电路获得两路高压输出,通过PIC单片机控制数字电位器X9241控制电压输出。实现了220 V交流电输入,两路电压为5 kV和10 kV的高压输出,并依据采集到的环境湿度信息,自动调节输出电压大小。经试验测试表明,该电源输出电压可控性好、体积小、成本低、功耗低,有效保证了电源在不同湿度环境中的使用安全。

Design of High Voltage Power Supply for Indoor Air Purifier Based on Humidity Control
Abstract:By analyzing the influence of environmental humidity on the use of high voltage,a high-voltage power source for static air purifier based on humidity control is designed.The AC-DC conversion was realized by micro power non-isolated mode,and two high-voltage outputs were produced by self-excited push-pull DC-AC boost circuit and voltage doubler rectifier circuit.The voltage output was controlled by digital potentiometer X9241 controlled by the PIC microcontroller.The 220 V AC input,two high-voltage output of 5 kV and 10 kV were realized,and the output voltage was adjusted automatically according to the collected environmental humidity information.Test results show that the power output voltage has good controllablility,small size,low cost and low power consumption,which effectively ensures the safety of the power supply in different humidity environments.
