摘    要:大功率速调管发射机除产生所需主频功率外,还产生大量不需要的谐波功率,为防止发射机谐波干扰其它电子设备,通常在发射馈线系统中插入谐波滤波器。在对比分析了国内外微波滤波器现状的基础上,对超高功率微波滤波器的机理进行了分析和研究,针对X 频段100 kW 谐波滤波器重点研究了滤波器的冷挤压成形技术、高密度散热技术和热仿真技术等关键技术,通过仿真设计和反复试验,研制出一套X 频段100kW 谐波滤波器。经过测试和上机验证,完全满足技术指标要求,达到了研究目的。

Abstract:In addition to generating the main frequency power, high power klystron transmitter also produces a large amount of unnecessary harmonic power. In order to prevent interference from transmitter harmonic to other electronic devices, the harmonic filter is usually inserted in the transmitting feeder system. In this paper, on the basis of the comparison and analysis of the status of microwave filters at home and abroad, the mechanism of ultra-high power microwave filters are analyzed and studied, the X-band 100kW harmonic filter focuses on the key technology of cold extrusion forming technology,high density cooling technology and thermal simulation technology. It developed a X-band 100 kW harmonic filter by simulation and eperiments. After testing and verifying, it fully meets the requirements of technical indicators and achieves the purpose of research.
