摘 要: | 在复杂薄壁零件压力铸造控制系统的研究中,针对复杂薄壁零件压力铸造系统仿真模型,研究了压力铸造过程中压力控制算法。分别采用PID、动态矩阵控制(DMC)、PID+DMC三种控制算法,仿真结果表明三种控制算法对压力铸造系统都有一定的控制效果;其中,PID+DMC控制算法的动态特性最佳,并且对压力铸造系统中可能出现的模型失配问题也有很好的控制效果,具有较强的鲁棒性。

Research and robustness analysis of pressure casting control method for thin-walled parts |

Abstract: | In study on pressure casting control system of the complex thin-walled part, in view of the complex thin-walled part pressure casting system model, the method of pressure control in the process of pressure casting is studied. Using PID, dynamic matrix control, PID+DMC three kinds of control algorithms, simulation results show that three kinds of control algorithms can achieve the control of pressure casting system; Among them, the PID+DMC algorithm has better dynamic performance, and it also has a good control effect on the model mismatch problem in the pressure casting system, with a strong robustness. |
