[G-~3H]-雷公藤甲素的制备

摘    要:采用催化气-液同位素交换法制备了氚化雷公藤甲素,探讨了反应时间和反应介质对反应产额的影响。用纸色层法分离与纯化产品,最终获得产品的放射性比活度和放化纯度分别为0.61TBq/g和98%。

Abstract:The catalytic gas liquid isotope exchange reaction is a good method to prepare tritiated triptolid. The optimum reaction time and solvent are selected to the reaction system and the paper chromatography is used to separate and purify the product. The specific activity and radiochemical purity of the final product obtained are 0.61 TBq/g and 98%, respectively.
