管路延时对气测数据的影响及回归处理方法

摘    要:在现场录井数据采集过程中,由于综合录井仪的脱气器安装在井口钻井液槽上,经脱气器分离出的气体进入仪器进行分析检测前,因通过气体管线而导致管路延时,这对录井气体检测影响很大.在分析钻井过程中停泵、开泵对气体检测影响的基础上,对管路延时气测资料采用回归处理方法,建立了连续的深度剖面气测全烃曲线并在资料处理解释中应用,消除了管路延时对气体检测的影响,对油气显示的识别及储集层评价具有一定的意义.

Abstract:During wellsite mud logging data acquisition, due to the comprehensive mud logging instrument degasser installed above drilling fluid ditch at the well head, the degassed gas, before entering into comprehensive mud logging unit to be analyzed and detected, will pass the pipeline first, which leads up to pipeline time delay, thus exerting great influence on mud logging gas detection. Based on analyzing the influence of pumping termination and opening pump on gas detection during drilling, the paper adopts the regression processing method to gas logging data when occurring pipeline time delay, sets up gas logging total hydrocarbon curve on continuous depth profile, and applies it during data processing and interpretation, therefore, eliminating the influence of the pipeline time delay on gas detection, which has a certain helping significance to oil-gas shows identification and reservoir evaluation.
