| Abstract: | The scope and market outlook of the public liability insurance of fires was analyzed,the scope of claims settlement and ratemaking of different places was discussed,and then the problem that may be existed when the public liability insurance of fires was just put into practice and its countermeasure were put forward in this paper. |
