| 摘 要： | 为了避免家用空调器室外机及冷凝水管给建筑立面及环境的负面影响，探讨住宅小区设置中央空调系统的可行性，通过工程实例，分析了拟建中央空调系统的各种问题，认为住宅小区设置集中冷热源站的中央空调系统，在目前是不可行的。

| Abstract: | In this paper, authors discuss the feasibility of installing central air-conditioning system in residential quarter to avoid the negative influence of outdoor apparatus of domestic air-conditioner and condensed water pipe on building facade and environment. varous problems in setting up central air-conditioning system are analysed with practical examples. It is considered infeasible at present to install central air-conditioning system with centralized cold and hot source station. |
