海洋钻井多参数仪系统设计研究

摘    要:海洋钻井多参数仪是为海洋各类钻(修)机配套设计生产的多参数监测仪表系统,可测量显示钻(修)机作业过程中的大钩悬重和钻压、转盘扭矩、立管压力、吊钳动力钳或套管钳扭矩、转盘转速、泵冲速、泥浆罐体积、游车高度、井深、钻头位置等47个参数的变化情况,帮助司钻掌握钻机、泥浆泵和防喷器的工作状态以及H2S和可燃气体浓度。通过对钻井过程的实时监控,对预测预报工程事故、提高工作效率、安全生产、降低作业成本、有效保护油气层等起重要作用,为渤海地区油田设备远程数据监控提供了较好的范例。

Abstract:Offshore Multi-parameter Drilling Instrumentation System is an instrument system for various offshore drilling rigs and work-over rig.It's mainly used to test and display various parameters during drilling and help the driller to judge the operating situation of drilling rigs.The real-time monitoring of instrumentation system to drilling process is important to forecast engineering accidents,improve work efficiency,safety in production,reduce operating costs,and protect reservoir effectively.The successful RD of Offshore Multi-parameter Drilling Instrumentation System provides a good example for remote data monitoring of Bohai Oilfield.It is designed and manufactured for various drilling rigs and work-over rigs to test and display hook load,weight on bit,rotary torque,standpipe pressure,tong torque,power tong torque,rotary table RPM,mud pit volume,position of traveling block,well depth and other parameters during drilling,and help the driller to judge the operating situation of drilling rigs,mud pumps,BOP and content of total hydrocarbon,H2S.
