| Abstract: | The paper reviews the related study of? domestic and foreign job burnout.Firstly,it describes the definition of job burnout,and carries on the introduction to the measurements,then it analyzes its relevant factors. Finally,the summary and evaluation are made and the developmental trends of the study in the future are proposed. |
