星型PAO黏合剂在NEPE推进剂中的应用

摘    要:星型PAO作为一种新型高能固体推进剂用黏合剂,其特有的3星或4星结构,能提高NEPE推进剂交联网络的交联比例,且交联点间有较长的柔韧结构,能充分抵抗拉长和撞击的破坏,可有效改善NEPE推进剂的力学性能,并在一定程度上降低推进剂的感度。文中主要对星型PAO的结构特点及其在NEPE推进剂中的应用情况进行了评述和总结。

Abstract:The PAO with tri-star or tetra-star configuration are a new kind of binder for high energy solid propellant. It can increase crosslinking ratio in crosslinking network of NEPE propellant. The long flexile chain between crosslinking points can be enough to resist the damage by elongate and impact. It can effectively improve mechanical properties of NEPE propellant and properly decrease the propellant sensitivities. The molecular structure characteristic of star configuration PAO and its application in NEPE propellant are reviewed and summarized.
