摘    要:从防落制动装置的工作原理、楔形块的受力分析和制动总落距等三个方面对防落制动装置的制动过程进行了分析,推导出制动力、弹簧力和制动总落距的计算公式,分析讨论了影响制动效果的有关因素及减少制动总落距的一些措施,为防落制动装置的参数选择和弹簧设计提供了计算基础,给出了制动总落距的验算方法,然后通过一个实例说明制动总落距的计算步骤。

Abstract:Analysis for the braleing process of fallingproof brake assembly is made from the working principle, force bearing of the wedge and the total falling distance of the breke. The calculation formula about the braking force,the spring force and the total falling distance of the brake are deduced. Factors influence on the brake and methods to reduce the total falling distance are discussed. The calculated basic for the parameter selection and the design of spring are provided. The examination methode of the total falling distance of the brake is given and the caculation proceduce is explaineded through an example.
