双晶片两主动阀式压电泵的设计及试验

摘    要:以双晶片压电振子为驱动元件,研制了两主动阀式压电泵。结合该泵的机械结构,详细分析了主动阀压电泵的作用机理。根据双晶片压电振子式主动阀压电泵对驱动信号的要求,搭建了两主动阀式压电泵的试验测试控制系统。最后对主动阀泵进行了性能测试和试验研究。结果表明,在电信号频率为40 Hz时,泵的正向最大输出流量为180 ml/min,反向最大输出流量为170 ml/min,正向最大输出压力为6 kPa。

Abstract:Based on the bimorph piezoelectric vibrator,a piezoelectric pump with two active valves was designed and manufactured.Considering the mechanical structure of piezoelectric pump,the working principle of piezoelectric pumps with active vavles were analysed in detail.According to the requirements of piezoelectric pump on the drive signal,the test rig of piezoelectric pump with two active valves was built up.Finally,the performance of the designed pump was tested.The results show the maximum flow of the designe...
