啮合理论在热轧带肋钢筋矫直辊形设计中的应用

摘    要:基于啮合原理,推导出了热轧带肋钢筋矫直辊辊形曲线方程表达式,并提出一种新型矫直方案,在热轧带肋钢筋矫直过程中真正实现了无划伤矫直,矫直效果满足用户要求。

Abstract:The equation expressions of profile curve of straightening roller for hot rolled ribbed reinforcing bar was derived based on engaging principle, and a kind of new typed straightening scheme was out forward. The no-scratch straightening was really realized in the straightening course of hot rolled ribbed reinforcing bar, and the result of straightening satisfied the requirement of users.
