船闸深槽开挖技术

摘    要:三峡船闸深槽开挖施工是世界级难题,其规模,技术难度都是空前的。施工所用的钻也设备选用当今世界上最先进的快速液压钻机,爆破技术是通过现地针对性试验,确立了层层保护,精雕细刻,步步控制的技术路线;锚索施工根据锚固试验和现场实际条件,采用轻型钻机配高排架作业为主要造孔手段,尽量利用山体排水洞和坑道钻机进行了穿锚索施工;针对高强锚杆工程不能紧随开挖实施的具体情况,通过采用锁口支护和随机锚杆方案,基本满足了施工期安全的要求。对开挖期的技术方案作了详细介绍。

Abstract:The deep chamber trench excavation of the Three Gorges shiplock is of a world level difficult problem. The work scale and the difficulty in technology are both unprecedented. The most advanced high speed hydraulic boring machines in the world are selected as boring rigs. Based on in situ tests, a technical line of protection at each level, construction with great care and controlling at every step is determined for the deep lock chamber trench excavation by blasting technique. According to anchorage tests and practical condition at the work site, portable boring machines in cooperation with high working bent are used as the main boring tools, and the drainage tunnels in the mountain and the gallery boring machines are used as much as possible for stranded steel wires passing through boreholes. Since the construction of the high strength anchor rod can not immediately follow the excavation operation, the safety requirements during the construction period are basically satisfied by using interlocking support and providing random anchorage rods. The technical scheme for excavation is presented in detail.
