高吸水性树脂玉米芯接枝共聚物的性能研究

摘    要:以玉米芯为原料,甲基丙烯酸丙烯酰胺为混合单体,硫酸亚铁铵-过氧化氢为还原体系引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,在水介质中合成了高吸水性树脂玉米芯接枝共聚物,并对其性能进行了一系列研究.结果表明:高吸水性树脂在120min时吸水率达到最大值178g/g;在电解质溶液中,随着溶液浓度增加,吸水率下降,且溶液中阳离子价态越高,对树脂的吸水率影响也越大;高吸水性树脂可抑制土壤中的水分蒸发,在实验范围内,减少了约10g的水分损失;此外,高吸水性树脂具有再生性能,重复3次后恢复率可达91%.

Abstract:Superaborbent resin-corncobs grafting copolymers were prepared by graft copolymerization of acrylamide (AAm) and methacrylic acid (MAA) onto corncobs using ferrous ammonium sulphate/H2O2 as redox initiator and methyl-enebisacrylamide (MBA) as crosslinker in aqueous medium. Investigations of the graft copolymers' properties were carried out in detail. The experimental results showed that the maximum swelling capacity was reached within 120min; the water absorbency in electrolyte solution decreased with the increase of the solution concentration, and the influence of cation with more charges on absorbency was greater than that with lesser charges; the superabsorbent had excellent properties for wa-ter retention in the soil which decreased about 10 g of water evaporation within the experimental range. Furthermore, su-perabsorbent had regeneration performance which could had a resume rate of 91%.
