| 摘 要： | 当前,我国迫切需要输配电线路专业人才,高职应加强输配电线路专业建设,通过分析输配电专业高职人才的培养特征,对教学与培训模式进行探讨,总结出较为实用有效的人才培养方法,并建立职业资格证书考试与专业教学衔接的体系,使专业人才培养质量得到更好的保障.

| Abstract: | Currently,our country urgently needs the professional talents of transmission and distribution line.The higher vocational colleges should strengthen the specialty construction and discusses the teaching and training mode to conclude the practical talents training methods.The connection system of job qualification certificate test and specialty teaching should be built to better ensure the talent training quality. |
