石膏种类对缓凝剂辅助塑化效应的影响

摘    要:以前人们主要通过试验研究减水剂-水泥二元体系中不同石膏品种所起作用,本文使用自磨水泥,萘系高效减水剂,采用三聚磷酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、柠檬酸及白糖等缓凝剂,通过水泥净浆试验(测定净浆流动度和流动度经时损失),研究了不同石膏种类及掺量高效减水剂-缓凝剂-水泥三元体系的缓凝剂的辅助塑化效应。

Abstract:The effect of different species of gypsum on water reducing agent/cement binary system was formerly studied by experiment.The subsidiary plasticizing mechanism of different species gypsum and the retarder agent with high efficiency water reducing agent\ retarder agent\cement ternary system was studied by the cement paste experiment(the loss of the paste fluidity and the elapsed paste fluidity were tested)in the paper.The self-grinded cement,the high efficient naphthalene water reducing agent and the retarder agent such as trimeric sodium phosphate,sodium gluconate,sodium hexametahposphate,citric acid and white sugar were used in the paper.
