摘    要:针对邯钢7#高炉主卷扬传动系统减速机出现的故障,进行了原因分析,认为是由于齿侧间隙的偏差造成两侧减速机齿轮受力不均衡所致,通过对该传动系统的结构进行改进,成功消除了故障。

Abstract:For the main hoist drive reductor's fault of 7# blast furnace of Han-steel, we analysed the origin which caused fault of the redactor, the reason was that gear backlash error made the force of the two reductor's gear wheel out-of-step, finally, we improved the structure of the system successfully.
