刍议房地产新闻宣传策略

摘    要:随着国家宏观调控力度的加大,房地产业正处于较为困难的境地,在此期间,如何做好楼盘的销售,业已成为房地产商颇为头疼的问题。在推行广告策略的同时,新闻宣传策略却是“夺宝奇兵”。新闻宣传策略如果运用得当,不仅可以节省大量的广告费用,而且在塑造公司形象方面也发挥着很大作用。在业界所谓的“寒冬论”到临之际,如果新闻宣传策略运用得当,也许会给房地产销售带来勃勃生机。
