摘    要:由于振动与冲击可能引起周边建筑物损坏,并因此产生的纠纷屡见不鲜。对一冲孔桩施工产生的地面振动进行了现场的振动测试,调查分析了房屋结构的损伤,得出了振动影响的评估鉴定结论。说明了对象所在地的振动量和房屋自身结构的整体性是振动与冲击对建筑物影响鉴定中两个重要因素。

Appraisal method of Vibration and Shock effects on buildings
Abstract:The vibration can cause damage of adjacent buildings.Claims and complaints from that are not rare.In this paper the experimental data of a pile driving vibration is presented,and it was studied and investigated of the damage of a nearby building during the pile driving construction project.The results indicated that the amplitude and main frequency of the vibration and the integrity capability of building are the two important factors for appraisal of the effect of vibration and impulse.
