电潜螺杆泵机组故障诊断系统设计方法研究

摘    要:介绍了电潜螺杆泵机组故障诊断的设计方法,从振动监测入手,详细地介绍了信号采集,处理和故障诊断的处理方法,该系统具有诊断准确,运行稳定,操作简单等特点,为电潜螺杆泵机组在设计,制造和应用中性能质量的自动监测和评价提供了一种有效的手段。

Abstract:The method with vibratory surveillance,which handing signal and fault diagnosis was introduced in details The system was used to diagnose exactly, to run stably and to operate easily. An approach to the performance and quality surveillance and assessment of electric submersible screw pump sets was offered when designing, manufacturing and applying.
