机箱式微波发射机的电磁兼容结构设计

摘    要:标准机柜已经成为室内电子设备最重要的安装平台。很多设备结构设计时要求满足标准机柜安装条件。微波发射机由于信号种类多,特性复杂,为保证其电磁兼容性,以往大多数设计都是屏蔽盒结构。设计一种具有良好电磁兼容效果的机箱式微波发射机,为此根据实际情况,通过合理布局、设置屏蔽体并确定屏蔽体的各项参数、处理好接地与缝隙等方法最终达到设计要求。

Abstract:The standard cabinet is already an indoor installation platform for electronic equipment.The standard cabinet installation condition is required for many equipment structure designs.In order to ensure the electromagnetic compatibility,most microwave transmitter design usually requires the shield box structure because of its signals variety and complicated characteristics.This paper presents the design of electromagnetic compatibility of cabinet microwave transmitter.The reasonable layout,shield body setup and parameters,grounding and gap based on the practical cases are more important factors in such design.
