摘    要:一个完整的CAM系统都离不开加工仿真。通过切削仿真可以检验CAM系统形成的刀具切削路径是否正确,加工时刀具是否与周围的夹具、机床产生干涉。而一个CAM系统仿真模块的优劣是通过其稳定性、加工精度以及仿真速度来判断的。对如何通过加工数据的管理、数据的结构、加工切削的布尔计算来提高仿真的速度作了重点阐述。

Abstract:The CAM system must conclude the simulation module. By the simulation module we can test if the cut path of the tool is correct and if there exists interference between tools with the clamp. The standard of the good CAM system is the high stability, high precision of the process and high speed of the simulation. The simulation speed of the CAM in management of the process data, structure of the process data and the boolean calculation are researched.
