三峡水轮发电机组轴系振动计算分析

摘    要:用传递矩阵方法计算了三峡水轮发电机组轴系横向临界转速、动力响应和扭转固有频率,考虑了质量不平衡、电磁不平衡、水力不平衡等影响轴系稳定性的多种因素.计算结果表明,三峡水轮发电机组轴系临界转速和动力响应满足长期稳定运行要求,扭转固有频率避开了激振力频率.

Abstract:The critical transverse speed,power response and torsional inherent frequency of shafts for the Three Gorge water-turbine generator set were calculated with transfer matrix under the condition of taking account of many factors effecting on shafts,stability such as unbalanced quality,electromagnetism and water power.The results showed that the critical speed and power response of the shafts for the Three Gorge water-turbine generator set can meet the requirements for long-term steady operation and the torsional inherent frequency is not in the range of excitation vibration frequency.
