And he further illustrated that agriculture is not only an economic problem but also a major economic problem, and it is a basis for social stability, which matters the consolidation of the union of workers and farmers and manifests the superiority of socialism. He also pointed out that in order to develop agriculture much attention should be paid to agricultural scientific research and the promotion of agricultural science and technology.
