轮毂轴承单元接触应力的数值计算与分析

摘    要:导出了详细描述球轴承轮毂单元接触应力变化的3自由度数学模型,在此基础上以某第2代球轴承轮毂单元为例,采用DFP算法,完成了不同载荷作用下轮毂轴承单元接触应力的数值计算,并对接触应力计算结果和径向、轴向承载能力进行了分析和探讨,给出了载荷对接触应力的影响规律和有关建议。

Abstract:The 3 -freedom mathematical model is deduced for the contact stress of the hub bearing unit.On the basis of this and DFP iterative method,the numerical computations on the contact stresses are carried out for second generation hub bearing unit,and the computational results are obtained under different loads.The computed contact stresses, the radial and axial load capacity are analyzed and discussed,and the effects of the load on contact stress and suggestions are given.
